The Izmir Biomedicine and Genome Center(IBG) is looking for a full-time Technical Support Personnel for the Information Technologies Department.

Qualifications:

• Degree from computer technologies departments of high schools or minimum 2-year degree from computer related department of universities (Mandatory)

• No military obligation for minimum of two years for male applicants (Mandatory)

• Certificate showing level of English (i.e. YDS, YÖKDİL, TOEFL, IELTS etc.) (Preferable)

Responsibilities:

• Following up and solving issues submitted on support ticket systems.

• Maintenance and operation of video and audio devices during conferences and meetings.

• Installing, configuring, application installing, problem resolving on Microsoft and Apple Operating Systems.

• Maintenance and tracking of consumables about Network and Local Printers.

• Providing Electronic Signature installation and configuration.

• Performing network activation operations in datacenter.

• Performing maintenance, repair and installation of Access Control devices.
